Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 C butter (not margarine) softened
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C brown sugar
- 2 C flour
- 2 C white chocolate chips
- 2 C dried cranberries
- 2 1/2 C oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Mix butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Beat eggs in one at a time.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add to wet mixture.
- Add oats, chips & cranberries.
- Drop onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 12 minutes or until soft in middle and lightly brown edges.
