Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 C butter (not margarine) softened
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 C white chocolate chips
  • 2 C dried cranberries
  • 2 1/2 C oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  • Mix butter and sugars until fluffy.
  • Beat eggs in one at a time.
  • Add milk and vanilla.
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Add to wet mixture.
  • Add oats, chips & cranberries.
  • Drop onto greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350F for 12 minutes or until soft in middle and lightly brown edges.
