Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 C sugar
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 3 C flour
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 t vanilla

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add sour cream and mix.
  • Sift flour and baking soda.
  • Add to mix, alternating with eggs, one at a time.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Pour in a 10 inch tube pan.
  • Bake for around 1 hour 20 minutes.
